Mosque Re-opens Friday 26 March 2021
In line with Scottish Government guidelines, Cumbernauld Mosque will re-open on Friday 26 March 2021 in-sha-Allah (God willing).
Please note the following COVID-19-related arrangements:
- The congregation will be capped at 50 people (on a ‘first come, first served basis’).
- The Friday (Jummah) prayers will be held at two times: 13:00 and 13:30.
- Wear a face mask and bring your own prayer mat.
- There will be a one-way system in place.
- Sanitise your hands upon entering and exiting the Mosque.
- Maintain social distancing (two metres) at all times.
- Perform ablution (wudu) at home (as ablution facilities will be closed).
- Those with symptoms or are unwell should stay at home.
Please cooperate with Mosque volunteers – who will be supporting maximum safety and the smooth running of prayer arrangements.
